Our Staff

Animal And Avian Medical Center is proud to be our largest clinics and the "home base" for much of our operations. We are proud to feature three full-time and two part-time veterinarians. Our support staff consists of:

Our REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIANS - Sheryl, Laura and Jessica are highly skilled veterinary nurses who lead our team in high quality patient care. We feel that it is important that the nurses drawing blood and samples, monitoring anesthesia, delivering injectable medications, and performing dental cleanings are trained, educated, and registered. Megan, and Jorden are our technician students. While they are in school, they will receive much of their hands-on training with us. We also have the two local Veterinary Technician college programs that rotate students through our facilities to further their training.

Our ASSISTANTS - Lauren, Lindsey, Bonnie, Barb, and Ashley are aids for the Veterinarians and the Veterinary Technicians. They help with the pets in the room and in the back. The assistants and the Technicians are the backbone of our facility and are responsible for much of the client communication and education. Our assistants are highly skilled and many of them will likely go to school to become Registered Veterinary Technicians in the future.

VETERINARY STUDENTS - We are proud that two of our assistants have recently been accepted into The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Heather and Beth received much training from our facility, but they put in a lot of hard work to get the grades and experience required to get into one of the best and most highly competitive Veterinary Schools in the country.

Our GROOMERS - Denise has been with us for many years and has a very loyal following. Denise is excellent at her job and sometimes books up weeks in advance, so schedule early. Lindsey is our part-time groomer. She is quickly developing her own loyal following, but her grooming hours are limited so call in advance for an appointment.

Our RECEPTIONISTS - Janet and Lori lead our front in exceptional client service. Janet and Lori are highly experienced, compassionate, and have been pivotal team members for many years. Phyllis runs the grooming desk and is often seen helping the receptionists with front duties. Lindsey, Becky, and Julie are cross-trained for the reception and are a big help at the front desk.

We are open on Monday 8am to 7pm, Tuesday 8am to 8pm, Wednesday 8am to 7:30pm, Thursday 7am to 8pm, Friday 8am to 7pm, and Saturday 9am to 3:30pm.

Animal Medical Center of Euclid is growing quickly and has already been remodeled twice since we moved to this location in the summer of 2003. To meet scheduling needs we offer two full-time Veterinarians and one part-time Veterinarian. Our support staff consists of:

Our RECEPTIONIST and OFFICE MANAGER - Carol has been with us for a long time. She is a full time receptionist and handles all billing and accounts.

Our RECEPTIONISTS are cross-trained and work multiple positions in the hospital. Marilyn and Genevieve are responsible for the grooming desk, but also assists in ordering, sales, reception, and pet rescue services.

Our REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN - Devon is a highly skilled and trained veterinary nurse. Devon and Nicole lead our team to provide excellent patient care. Nicole is in technician school and is gaining experience and training at our facility.

Our ASSISTANTS - Daryl, and Steve are trained to assist the veterinarian and the veterinary technician.

Our GROOMER - Bonnie is an excellent groomer. She is happy to work with clients to achieve the look that they desire for their pet. Bonnie is available Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday to meet your scheduling needs.
